  • Produce predictive intelligence products: Develop and present Daily Intelligence Briefs, subject-specific summaries (INTSUMs), formal risk assessments, and interactive dashboards to drive timely operational decisions.
  • Detect and triage tactical alerts: Continuously monitor tactical intelligence feeds, applying effective analytical judgment to triage alerts, escalate emerging events, and close information gaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Crisis Management, Legal, Comms, and Trust & Safety to ensure unified escalation, messaging, and decision alignment across the business.
  • Drive global operational continuity: Lead proactive, structured shift handovers between London and other regional operations centres to ensure seamless foresight across the entire enterprise.

  • Analytical and technical tradecraft: Strong proficiency in OSINT/SOCMINT fundamentals and hands-on experience using GIS tools (such as QGIS, ESRI ArcGIS, or ATAK) to produce decision-ready intelligence.
  • Environmental risk literacy: Solid understanding of meteorology and natural hazards, with the ability to transform complex weather data into actionable operational insights.
  • Decisive problem-solving: Proven ability to act swiftly, confidently, and with composure under pressure during dynamic, high-stakes events.
  • Crisis communication skills: Excellent proactive communication skills, with a track record of setting a calm, disciplined tone for teams and peers during disruptions.
